SUMMARY:Book Fair 2023
DESCRIPTION:When\nThe Scholastic Book Fair is coming to RFES November 6 – 10\, 2023. The Book Fair will be open in the Media Center from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day and on Wednesday evening from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. \nYour child will be visiting the Book Fair and have an opportunity to purchase books with his or her class on their regular library day (see schedule). \nPayment\nA flyer will be sent home with Book Fair information. You will find a bag for students to carry their money money\, along with instructions on how your child can spend it. Please fill it out so we know how to best help them choose. We will return any change with your child. \nEwallet\nWe will be using the Ewallet again this year; this is a great tool for kids since they won’t have to worry about losing money. You choose the amount you want your child to be able to spend\, put it on their account\, and we can access it at check out. You will be able to share the Ewallet link with family and friends to add money for your child. Any unused money will stay on the Ewallet to be used for Scholastic online or at our next book fair. \nFamily Night\nYour family can shop together on Wednesday\, November 8th\, from 4:00-7:30 p.m. \nHeads up\, there is also a PTA meeting on November 8th\, so come to buy some books and stay for the meeting. \nAll for Books\nDonate your spare change to All for Books. All donations will be used to purchase new books for the RFE library. Donations can be sent to school with your child\, or you can donate while you shop. \nVolunteers\nInterested in volunteering? We can’t do this without your help. Volunteer to set up\, break down the fair\, or help during your student’s designated media class. \nUse this link to sign up to volunteer. \nClassroom Wish Bins\nHelp add books to RFE classrooms by purchasing a book from your favorite teacher’s wish bin. \nOnline Book Fair\nVisit our book fair page to preview the Fair. If you miss the Fair\, you can order online! An expanded selection of books for preschool to adults will be available. The Online Fair will be open from November 6 to 19.
