DESCRIPTION:What is the Foxy FUNd Run?\nThe Foxy FUNd Run is the PTA’s biggest fundraiser of the year! \nStudents spend the weeks before the run asking for donations from family and community members; then\, students “earn” said donations by running laps during the school day. \nWho participates in the Foxy FUNd Run?\nAll RFE students participate in the run\, regardless of participating in the fundraiser. However\, the more fundraiser participants we have\, the better! \nParents are welcome to attend the run as observers; some volunteers are needed\, too. All visitors and volunteers must bring photo ID with them on the day of the event. \nStudents will run during their special area times. All parents are invited to join us on the upper field to cheer on the students. The times for grade levels are as follows:\n9:50- 10:35 – 1st grade (Blue)\n10:40-11:25 – 2nd grade (Green)\n11:30-12:15 – 3rd grade (Yellow)\n12:50-1:35 – Kindergarten (Purple)\n1:40-2:25 – 4th grade (Orange)\n2:30-3:15 – 5th grade (Red) \nWhy Participate in the Foxy FUNd Run?\nThis fundraiser garners more than half of our annual budget and allows us to avoid product-selling fundraisers throughout the year. \n100% of these funds benefit RFE students. \nPTA funds support a variety of initiatives for students\, such as field trips\, educational website subscriptions\, the student planners\, and more. \nStudents can also win prizes based on the money they raise!

This year\, our prizes are: \n\n\n\n$25- RFE Yo-Yo\n$50- RFE Spirit Wear Shirt\n$75- 7-inch RFE Fox Plush\n$100- RFE Hat\n$250- Soft Cover Unpersonalized Yearbook\n\n\n\nIf you earn an RFE Spirit Wear Shirt\, please indicate your size on the Foxy FUNd Run- Student Donation Form and return it\, even if you donate online. \nClass Competition\nThis year\, for the first time\, we are having a class vs class fundraising competition. The class prize is an extra PE session!  \nThere will be one winning class per grade. The winner will be determined by the highest average earnings per class. These aren’t your average holiday decorations; they are high-quality\, kiln-fired ceramics that will stand the test of time. Move over plaster and acrylic\, and welcome over 25 dazzling styles that you can choose from. It’s a perfect blend of fun and finesse! \nParents and kids alike will have a blast personalizing their ornaments. And the kids? They’ll be over the moon choosing and painting their favorites. This could be the beginning of a heartwarming family tradition! \nSpecial Details Just for You!\nFor all the budding artists out there\, tickets are priced at $15 per painter. If you’re joining to enjoy the festive atmosphere but not painting\, no ticket is needed! SUMMARY:Foxy FUNd Run 2023
DESCRIPTION:What is the Foxy FUNd Run?\nThe Foxy FUNd Run is the PTA’s biggest fundraiser of the year! \nStudents spend the weeks before the run asking for donations from family and community members; then students “earn” said donations by running laps during the school day. \nWho participates in the Foxy FUNd Run?\nAll RFE students participate in the run\, regardless of participating in the fundraiser. However\, the more fundraiser participants we have\, the better! \nParents are welcome to attend the run as observers; some volunteers are needed too. All visitors and volunteers must bring photo ID with them on the day of the event. If you are interested in volunteering to help on race day\, sign up using this form. \n \nWhy Participate in the Foxy FUNd Run?\nThis fundraiser garners more than half of our annual budget and allows us to avoid product-selling fundraisers throughout the year. \n100% of these funds benefit RFE students. \nPTA funds support a variety of initiatives for students\, such as field trips\, educational website subscriptions\, the student planners\, and more. \nStudents can also win prizes based on the money they raise! \nPrizes\nEach student can win prizes based on the funds they raise. Students accumulate prizes as they work through the prize levels. This year our prizes are: \n\n\n\n$25- RFE Frisbee\n$50- RFE Spirit Wear Shirt\n$75- RFE Handheld Fan\n$100- RFE Fleece Blanket\n$250- Soft Cover Unpersonalized Yearbook\n\n\n\nIf you earn a RFE Spirit Wear Shirt\, please indicate your size on the Foxy FUNd Run- Student Donation Form and return it\, even if you donate online. \nClass Competition\nThis year\, for the first time\, we are having a class vs class fundraising competition. The class prize is an extra PE session!  \nThere will be one winning class per grade. The winner will be determined by the highest average earnings per class. This will allow classes of various sizes to fairly compete. \nFind the current class standings here. \nRun Day Info\nShirt Colors\nEach grade level has been assigned a color\, on the day of the run\, please make sure your student is wearing a shirt predominately colored as assgined. \n\nK – Purple\n1st – Blue\n2nd – Green\n3rd – Yellow\n4th – Orange\n5th – Red\n\nRun Times\nStudents will run during their existing PELMA schedule for the day of the run. \n\n9:30 – 10:15 Grade 3\n10:20 – 11:05 Grade 2\n11:10 – 11:55 Grade 1\n12:30 – 1:15 Grade 4\n1:20 – 2:05 Grade 5\n2:10 – 2:55 Kindergarten\n\nDownloads\nIf you would like another copy of the packet that was sent home with student’s the week of September 11th\, you can download a copy here. DESCRIPTION:If you’re looking for a good meal\, why not swing by Vagabond on September 12th? \nWe’re having a fundraiser there that runs all day from 10 am – 9 pm\, and you don’t even need a flyer! All you have to do is mention the fundraiser when you order\, and they’ll count the sale toward it. Just remember to mention the RFE PTA Fundraiser to the cashier before paying so they can print a receipt. \nIt’s a great way to support the RFE PTA and enjoy some delicious food at the same time!
